Terms and Conditions

General rules:
These rules are binding on both parties, regulating the rights of the buyer and the seller, obligations, the purchase of goods (services) and the terms of payment for the delivery of the goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase of services and sales that were made by Undine 7 LLC.

The Buyer agrees to these Rules by putting a mark when placing an order for goods (services) in the online store, or by making a call to the informative phone for reservation.
The seller has the right to change the rules, due to regulatory requirements. The buyer is informed about the changes through the online store or by e-mail.

  1. Buying / Selling

The purchase / sale agreement is concluded at the moment when the client:

  • Approved a purchase (service) in an online store or applied for a product (service) by phone (of which the Customer will be informed by e-mail or by phone);
  • Confirmed his order by phone, indicating the delivery address, first and last name and signed the delivery document upon receipt of the courier parcel (the delivery document is signed on the electronic terminal or otherwise – depending on the requirements of the courier);
  • Transferred all necessary documents for leasing to complete the form provided by the Seller.
  1. Rights and obligations of the buyer:
  • The buyer is obliged to pay for the goods (service), in accordance with the terms of payment.
  • The buyer undertakes to comply with these conditions, which are described in the online store and the Legislation of the European Union.
  • If the Buyer is unable to fulfill its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice, limit or terminate cooperation with the Buyer.
  1. Rights and obligations of the seller:
  • The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order if the Seller cannot contact the Buyer within 3 (three) business days using the Buyer’s specified contacts.
  • The Seller is obliged to respect the Buyer’s right to data confidentiality, in connection with the legislation of the European Union and the privacy policy.
  1. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the Buyer’s order(in order to deliver the goods on time (7 seven working days), provide advisory service and / or directly deliver the product that the Buyer ordered), then the buyer has the right to return / refuse this order, and the Seller must return the money to the buyer within three (5) working days if the Buyer has already paid the Seller. The exception is when the Buyer and the Seller have agreed among themselves on a different delivery time (service).
